Specific Purpose

Cascade of Empowerment provides resources and assistance to widows, divorced women and single mothers for the rebuilding of their lives after the death or separation of a spouse or father of their children. These resources include; but are not limited to grief network support, retraining, financial support, tax, and financial planning. Our goal is to provide critical information and spiritual resources for rebuilding their lives. 

The specific objectives and purpose of this organization shall be: 

a. To provide guidance and resources to widows, single mothers, and divorced women. 

b. To connect with other widow support groups.

c. To help those in need of assistance with food, utilities, transportation, and housing resources 

d. To provide opportunities for job training, education, employment, financial

planning counseling and other connection networks.

e. Encourage and promote the spirit of volunteerism and promote opportunities to volunteer in the community. 

f. Coordinate social functions of interest to the group we serve.
